Considering the large number of speakers, the Fine Dust Congress 2012 and its organisers resp. reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme. However, this does not justify a cancellation of participation or a claim for damages.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions:

Upon cancellation of a registration by Sunday, 20 May 2012 NO cancellation fees will be charged. Upon cancellation from Monday, 21 May 2012 until Sunday, 10 June 2012, 50% of the Congress fee is due. Upon cancellation from Monday, 11 June until the beginning of the Congress (Wednesday, 20 June 2012) the full amount (100%) has to be paid. We regret that after the end of the Congress no refund of the Congress fee is possible.

However, you may name an alternative person to attend the Congress instead of yourself. In this case, kindly inform us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . If you are prevented from participating due to illness or another cause, you may also name a substitute. In case of non-appearance the total fee is due.

Liability

The Fine Dust Congress 2012 and its organisers resp. shall not be liable for personal injury or damage to property. Participation in the Fine Dust Congress 2012 and the side events is at the attendee's own risk. The Fine Dust Congress 2012 and its side events resp. shall not be liable for any data or information provided by speakers.

Photos and videos recorded by the organiser or media representatives during the Fine Dust Congress 2012 may be used by the organiser for promotion and documentation purposes as well as for media purposes.

Austrian law shall apply exclusively. The exclusive court of jurisdiction shall be Klagenfurt.
